What I do is, I set alarms to play throughout the day, every hour or so, and then do it for like 5/10 mins. I try to notice everything. It doesn't really tire me mentally, but there's only so much I can be aware of, if you know what I mean. Like, if I try to be aware of too many stuff, I start losing track of the things that I was first aware of, so now i'll have to keep it limited. I try to be aware of the clothes on me, my breathing, blinking, how my tongue is sitting unconfortabely on the back of my mouth, every sound that sorrounds me, how other people are moving, how their lips move, etc.
Very good I like it. I use alarms sometimes too. It helps to have a reminder. Sometimes I go several hours and realize I have been totally unaware for way too long.

Why not write it in your DJ? Every dream is worth it in my opinion. If you don't want one online then have one offline. It's really awesome to go back and read them later and able to relive them.
