What I do is, I set alarms to play throughout the day, every hour or so, and then do it for like 5/10 mins. I try to notice everything. It doesn't really tire me mentally, but there's only so much I can be aware of, if you know what I mean. Like, if I try to be aware of too many stuff, I start losing track of the things that I was first aware of, so now i'll have to keep it limited. I try to be aware of the clothes on me, my breathing, blinking, how my tongue is sitting unconfortabely on the back of my mouth, every sound that sorrounds me, how other people are moving, how their lips move, etc.
