      Reality Checks:
      - Noseplug
      - Hand through Palm
      - Finger Count
      - Am I dreaming?
      - Some times I make up my own

      Dream Signs:
      - Playing Handball (even though I quit about a year ago... guess something you've done for over half your life doesn't get easely flushed out of the system )
      - Being Spider-Man

      Short-Term Goals:
      - First Lucid Dream!
      - Swing Like Spider-man
      - Explore, Explore, Explore

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Create
      - Practice real life skills if possible
      - Communicate with my subconscious mind

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      2-3 dreams when trying
      0-1 when not trying
      1 lucid

      Current Technique:
      - DILD
