Thought I could add a little here when it comes to meditation. Simply sitting in a chair, having good posture, and relaxing for five minutes every day is quite helpful for dreaming. It enhances your ability to be aware while your senses are not being used.
Here are some simple steps for meditating...
1. Sit in a chair and find a comfortable, relaxed position
2. Close your eyes
3. Focus on your breath, inhaling and exhaling. Counting your breath to ten then restarting can help focus.

Do that for five minutes. Doing that right before bed can be very helpful or any time of the day.
