I just have to focus on my breath? I thought visualizing a dream or repeating mantras would be more helpfull but I don't know much about meditation
The last two nights I've tried to visualize dreams while falling asleep, but not really too focused.
I've also started practicing ADA. Basically I just try to be in the moment noticing everything around me as much as possible instead of dwelling on my thoughts. It's kinda fun I've noticed so much stuff like a weird staircase I've passed every morning for the last 1.5 year that I never noticed before
