Great, I'm glad that helps! To tell you the truth, I can't even truly call what I do "all-day awareness". Every now and then when I have some free brain cycles I'll take a special effort to take note of my surroundings. But the idea of doing it all day is overwhelming!
The main thing, I think, is having your day punctuated with those moments of excitement where you say, "Whoa, I forgot myself there for a second! I could be dreaming right now!" And then really prove to yourself that you're not. It gives you the chance to get all excited and motivated, too, thinking about the fact that nearly two hours of your day will be spent dreaming, and this could have easily been one of those moments!
Opportunities truly are everywhere. All it takes is one! You will catch one, realize you're dreaming, and then you're going to have some fun! 
Ha ha, all this talk is getting me really motivated...
