      15 minutes nap in the afternoon.
      Go to bed at 23:40 and wake up at 6:45 with alarm.
      Three dreams remembered.

      Tonight I successfully increased my level of dream memories!
      Apart from obvious reasons, such as fatigue, I don't really know why some nights I remember many dreams/things and not others... I think that mostly affects motivation, but I also don't know what the reason for this increased motivation...
