      Didn't take nap in the afternoon.
      Go to bed at 23:40 and wake up at 6:45 with alarm.
      Three dreams remembered.

      I repeated my mantra ("I realize I'm dreaming") for a few minutes and fell asleep. The dreams have been very striking, I have drawn attention to many details, colors and shapes. My smartphone has appeared two times and somehow seemed to be trying to get attention...

      I guess all this is related to the exercises I do during the waking state...
