      Priceless workbook

Hello I am Priceless and I've been trying lucid dreaming for an year ago. My main difficult is dream recall. My dreams are not vivid and with a small intensity. Before I try lucid dreaming I normally remember maybe 5 dreams a year 😕.

      Reality Checks:
      -See my hand
      - Try to figure out why am I here.
      -

      Dream Signs:
      -My old father' 's house.
      -
      -

      Short-Term Goals:
-Remember every night one at least one dream, and write it in my dream journal
-Increase the number of lucid dreaming
      -Practice ADA

      Long-Term Goals:
      -Improve my real life abilities.
      -know me better
      -Have incredible fantasies
-Have 4 lucid dreams a week without
      any supplement.
      -Have intense and vivid dreams.

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-As I said, remember my dreams is difficult to me.

      Current Technique
      -Meditation(mindfulness)

      I am going to bed:
      2:00am

      I am waking:

Hey Priceless, welcome to Dreamviews, good to see you've started a workbook!p
I was exactly like you when I was starting out, my recall was terrible, but I used ADA (All-Day-Awareness) - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views and started keeping a daily journal ontop of a DJ - Dream Journal - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
I'd reccomend patience and pesistence, I know it can be frustrating but sticking at it is your best bet! Good luck and best wishes.

Hello Priceless, welcome to intro class!

You have written 5:53 am as the time you are going to bed. Is there any special reason why you are going to bed at such a late time? Having a consistent sleep schedule is very important for both dream recall and lucid dreams, so maybe that should be a good staring point to work on.

Have a great time here and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

      Thank you!
I have been playing some tournaments of online poker and I go to bed too late.
I will try better next days.

Thank you. ADA seems a good thing to try. I will try being more aware next days.

I am studying the lesson 2 and I really decide to practice ADA. It is a LD technique but maybe it also like a real life superpower no? It is like I practice mindfulness all day.

Right, very close to practicing mindfulness. I love noticing all the little details.
