I've been studying more techniques and so I'm going to shrink my goals even more.
For this week, I will
(1) continue all day awareness and a few times of RC.
(2) go to bed before I am tired - start preparing for bed by about 9ish if at all possible.
I have felt the buzzing/vibrating feeling before after naps, but now I realize that is a gateway
into lucidity, so I will (3) just notice and try to lengthen out those occasions of the buzzing feeling.

That's it. No expectations. Just develop these habits more.
