So when I first attempted lucid dreaming I got the first couple fairly quickly, my first one even lasted for quite a while. But now it's been over a month and I have had basically one fleeting lucid dream, it lasted maybe 5 seconds. What can I do to help induce them? I've tried many different techniques and have been drinking apple juice for more vivid dreams in the hopes that it would help, but still no luck.

I guess what I'm asking is what is the best method for a newbie...?
