Only if you get too excited from knowing your in a dream, other than that.. No you shouldn't.

As long as you stay calm, then you would be in a lucid dream. Doing whatever you want.

Nope! As said in the above posts, RCs won't cause you to wake up unless you become too excited to stay in the dream.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Last night i had my first full lucid dream where i fully realized (like i was conscious and was thinking like i would when awake) , my other 4 lucids were very low level where i knew i was dreaming but didn't really feel like i was in control (in fact it just felt like any other non lucid, but i learned on this forum that if you know your dreaming it IS a lucid and that there are different levels of lucidity). So i did a reality check and sure enough i could breath through my nose! I didn't as much get excited as i did get more freaked out and disturbed. Like imagine that you just realized you were dreaming right now! you would think "oh my god everything i have been doing all day has just been a dream." It wasn't bad and i was happy to become lucid but the feeling was strange. The dream got dark and started to fade and shake like an earthquake or something, I calmed down and the shaking stopped but it was still fading to back and then all of a sudden i felt my body lying in my bed again. "damn" i thought.. I did a RC to check if it was a false awakening, nope. Maybe better luck next time, eh?
It's much easier to have long lucid dreams a low level of lucidity but also less fun. This experience was better than all my other 4 lucids combined! I will keep practicing and soon i will be about to have fully lucid long dreams.
Nothing is difficult in a dream, its all in your head.

I also want to point out another weird thing that happened to me when doing a reality check here.
I replied to the person who started the thread, but his experience was basically the exact same as mine..
