      First, it is really hard and just about impossible to WILD (if this is what you are trying to do) without a WBTB. Once you do a WBTB, just do what you are doing already the difference is it will be way easier to get into SP.

      It looks like your doing everything right, just try not to think about SP when you do it. Just lay back and relax.

      Exactly this^... forgot to ask when you were trying to WILD . If you don't want to perform a WBTB (wake back to bed), WILDing during day time naps is also a great strategy. Usually 1-8 hours after waking in the morning. Its possible to WILD later, but it gets increasingly difficult as you approach your normal sleep time. Good luck to you!
