I started one in december and was able to recall at least one dream every night for about a week, which was an awesome result. Then it declined to every other day, then to one ever tree day.

Doing those all day. I have some events on which I do one and everytime something seams strange or puzzeling.

I have tried several types of music. I find all of them relaxing, but I have not noticed any effect so far.

I have read on several places here, that SP ist the first stage on the transition from being awake into a dream. I am not dedicated to WILD, I just gave every technique a try. WILD is described as a more difficult technique, so I do not try to relay on that exclusively.

Note: There were Naturals around as well.
Though being one, I'm learing to control it from happening ONLY when I wanted to.
Enjoy your stay, this site is incredible.
I am not sure, what you try to tell me....
