Fight!!! Build up strong intention to overcome your laziness.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Lol nice avatar Purebred. (I love that anime)

It's hard to help you on this.. because only you can control whether you want to stay up or not at 3am. I know what I'd do if I was in your position. SLEEEEEP.

Just write down some notes that'll help you remember the dream once you actually get up, or even when you decide to write them down. Such notes as, where you were, who was there, your feelings and such are good.

The best way is to get over your laziness..but if you really want a lazy method, try this: When you wake up, pick KEY words about your dreams. For example, if you dream of a dog chasing you down a mountain of oreos, pick dog and oreos. Remember these key words as best as you can. Repeat them to yourself. When you wake up fully to type in your dream journal, remembering those key words should jog your memory enough to recall the dream. It's not a great way to remember your dreams, but it's the best way for us lazy folk.

Yeah write down a few key words. Or get a tape/digital recorder. Also if you can't remember the second lot of dreams, you're probably sleeping for too long.
