Awesome! The other night I could recall 5 different dreams (posted on my journal). I think it means we are improving!

Keep on improving your recall and you'll end up having 10 or more dreams in one night including fragments I've had 13 once. A bunch of 10's aswell. Lately my recall has dropped a bit though. But aslong as you strive for improvement, it will come!

What do you mean by 4 dreams in one night? I thought dreams should be 1 whole continuous till you wake?
      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!

Oh that's weird.. I only have at least 1, rarely 2 LD/s per night. And it's like real life situations, continuous..one after another linked in some ways.

From what I've read, most dreams last around 60mins each. You have many dreams in a single night. I remembered another 3 from last night.

I'm either getting better with my recall due to keeping a dream journal, the apple juice is helping, the melatonin is helping, or because I'm off my antidepressants. Then again, it could be a combination of all of them. The weird thing is I remember these dreams after an event in waking life triggers the memory. It's strange really. I can be just doing any other thing I'd be doing normally and suddenly a wave of dream recall hits. It shocks me how that knowledge is stored and almost waiting to be remembered.

I had a single LD with many 'events'..as far as I knew, I went into the dream once I close my eyes till the moment I open it.
It's like, the LD happened in one whole day at another dimension in my mind.

I am yet to master triggers. I only come to know that I was dreaing when the dream is over.
When it's exiting I remember everything and I tell myself why do I need to write I remember everything.
But then a min after I forget everything.
It's very cool and the same time frightening that there is a procedure to erase all memories.
Is there something they don't want us to know.

I wouldn't quiet say I've mastered them but I'm getting used to being able to trigger dream recall. For the last couple nights I've had at least 4 dreams triggered after being up for awhile. Usually just doing something that was vaguely related to the dream. I guess it's because there's a lot of different things going on and anything that's going on could trigger the recall. Maybe it's the one time that too much commotion is a good thing.

so u say that you get triggers to know that you're in a dream. So it becomes lucid right?

No I'm talking about recalling my dreams. I haven't even had my first Lucid yet. After I wake up, I often don't remember my dreams then some random event during the day will "trigger" the memory of the dream and it will all come back to me.

What you're referring to is Reality Checks.

For me, I will only remember my dreams IF I try to recall it straight after I woke up.
Otherwise I'll mostly remember fragments of it..

Yeah, its the same with me. If I don't recall/write my dreams down right away, I forget most everything that happened. Congrats to the OP, just keep practicing and these 4 dream nights will become a regular thing.

I don't remember them unless it's the first thing I think when I wake up. Fortunately i seem to wake up after every major scene change so I remembered 3 last night and 5 the night before Well done on the good Dream Recall.
