Well I tried by rubbing my hands, and I made it for a few seconds. I can't remember what happened then, but I guess the first part was so memorable that I'd also remember anything interesting that would have happened afterwards |

Hey Opatat..if in your dream you realize you are dreaming , even if its only for a few seconds and even if you have no controll, then it is a lucid dream..they usually start of short when your just starting but the more experience you get the better and longer they get, so good for you, well done and keep up the hard work |

You have a much better chance of remembering controlling you're dreams if before you do your technique (Dield, dild, mild, wild) just repeat (I will remember my dreams) 3 times and you'll basically have like 50% better recall then continue your mantra. I went from 1 dream a week to every night maybe even twice a night from remembering them. |
