Actually, I never never get much HI or HH when I WILD. Probably once every 10 attempt. Remember, everything's in your mind. If you're that paranoid about it, you should try your first WILD attempt in the afternoon of the day (during a nap). Just make sure you're tired enough to actually want some sleep. Best of luck!
