I'm new here, but I just thought I'd throw this thread out there, since it's an issue for my ability to know how well I'm doing when it comes to Lucid Dreaming.
I remembered my dream from last night, but that was because my dog woke me up. My last dream before last night was a week ago. I have disturbed my sleep purposefully, but I was informed that doing that could effect my ability to function.
I'm wondering if there are any techniques to remember my dreams and still have undisturbed sleep.
