I found that for me a change in attitude really helped, looking at it from a different point of view: instead of being frustrated with slow pace of progress, I focus on all the positives of what the effort to become lucid has brought into my life: I am now more self aware, more focused on self improvement in different ways inspired by lucid dreaming (improving my memory, day time awareness, sleep habits, exercise, etc). I have decided to be patient. I know I shall be lucid, but it does not have to be tonight, though I would be very excited if it were, but I won't be disappointed if it does not happen immediately. |
