Btw those 3 supplements i told you about will most likely get you into sleep paralysis in about 10-15 mins. From there you can choose to OBE or Lucid dream. What i recommend is getting those supplements. That way youll be able to master Lucid dreaming. now once youve mastered or can atleast LD at will, youll be able to Astral Project from within your Lucid dream just by willing it (: Congrats!
