Exclamation How can I LD as a student?

I'm a student so I'm only free on the weekends and from 5-10 PM (Because of homework)... How can I achieve lucid dreaming mastery as a student? Please help...

My advice as a fellow student, try going to bed earlier and waking earlier. Hopefully this will give you enough time for your dream journal which an essential piece of any -ILD technique.

Why wouldn't you, your intention is enough to remember your dreams and by just becoming lucid while in a dream (DILD) can get you about 2-4 LD's a month after 5 months of trying. If you use a mantra when you go to sleep (MILD) that will help a lot too. You don't need to chew up a lot of time to LD. I have been trying to LD for about 5 months and got one on the second week. People say 21 LD's in the first 5 months of trying is pretty good and I still go to school (high school, so I get about from 4pm - 10pm to do it) and I'm an OK Lucid Dreamer for someone just starting.

Like Xedan said you could try wake up earlier and go to bed later and a dream journal is really important for recall, write down every detail that you can think of to get your recall better.

Also, look forward to summer. I got over half of mine during it despite starting in late august 2008.

Yea, I was probably relating this too much to myself, as I can take very long periods of time when writing down very vivid dreams.

Difficulty would more arise from stress. You can still sleep, dream, become Lucid, Record dreams and even WBTB on a student schedule. It is more difficult yes, specifically the WBTB, but not impossible. It just takes balancing your schedule and moving your sleep pattern around a bit.

Just leave enough time to write down your dreams in the morning. If you're doing DILD, you'll have to add reality checks to your daily life. They don't take that long; the hardest part is getting into the habit of doing them. For WILD, you'll probably want to do WBTBs. If you don't mind not having that many LDs, you could just do them on the weekends.

WBTB is all but impossible for me, but then again, I don't get enough sleep as is. I really like the MILD technique, as it is easy to do and doesn't suck up a lot of time. Autosuggestion is an incredibly powerful tool, and has worked wonders for me.

I also recommend MILD for students. WILD is a good option on the weekends, but to MILD you only need to spend an extra ten minutes a night just before bed.

well, this is off topic but THAT IS NOT WHAT TARDIS STANDS FOR, Naiya. (sorry, I just watched a doctor who episode before seeing your post )

Yea, all my LDs have been MILD/DILD. These are pretty affective, just a little random.

A show, Hidden. called Doctor Who. That is the T.A.R.D.I.S: Time And Relative Dimensions In Space.

Also, "The angels have my blue box!"
"What does he mean by that?"
      "I don't know but I love that line. I have it on a T-Shit!"

Since I started college last semester i've had lots of success LDing. I try hard not to let lots of work stress me out and I find it not much of an obstacle at all as long as I just get enough sleep each night.
