A great mozzarella grilled cheese sandwich

2 slices of french or sourdough bread
      2 slices of mozzarella cheese
      basil
      Italian dressing

I got this off the back of a pacage of Sargentos sliced mozzarella cheese and its really good. put the slices of mozzarella onto the bread. Put on some bassil and put on the other peice of bread. Brush the italian dressing on the sides of the bread that are facing out so that its spread out. Cook each side on a non stick skillet over medium heat on your stove until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Thats not what it said word for word I think but thats how I make it and its a good alternative than just normal grilled cheese.

I have no cooking skills, teach me!!

      I make brown rice. . . that's about it.

One pot. Put two cups of water in pot. Put to boil. Add some butter and olive oil. Boiling! Add one cup brown rice. Stir. Stir. Lower heat to medium. Let most of the water evaporate. Cover and lower heat to low. Wait ten minutes. Dice up some chives. Uncover your steaming rice and toss the chives on top. Done!

Find a nice hoagie, spread mayonaise/relish/any desired condiments.
Take 3 thinly cut roast beef slices and lay them on the bottom hoagie flatways.
Melt two slices of swiss chesse and lay them on top of the roast beef.
Slow-oven cook 3-4 thick Italian meatballs dipped in marinara and set them on top of the roast beef.
Dash some sort of hot spice on the meat.
A little chopped lettuce/cracker crumbs/celery doesn't hurt either. Some crunch is good.
Fold the roast boof around the meatballs so that it is nice and blanketed, then set the top hoagie bread on top of the meatball.
No real skill required, just a small amount of work for a great amount of flavor.

That is my most heavily guarded secret. Feel honored, DV, and tickle your tongue.

      Top Ramen Surprise

      Ingredients:
1 to 2 bags of ramen noodles, any flavor, though I recommend chicken.
      A big variety of spices

      Directions:
Cook the ramen normally, then season to taste using any combination of spices. It has been my experience that it is damn near impossible to kill ramen unless you oversalt it. Just about any herb or spice will work. Cayenne pepper, garlic, basil, oregano, chili powder, ground pepper, paprika, even a sprinkle of rosemary or nutmeg.

Darn, you got me. Anyways, I have two other recipes.

      Toasted Tomato Sandwiches

Lightly toast 2 slices of rye bread, just so they're crisp and not too dark.
Right when you pull them out of the toaster, butter one of the two slices.
Slice a tomato into three or four pieces and put them on top of the buttered piece.
You can substitute the butter with mayonnaise if you want.
Top with salt, pepper, and put the other slice of bread on.

      Bon appetit.

      * * *

      Maple Salmon

This one I can't remember much of, but you basically get a wild pacific salmon fillet, put it on some tin foil, and pour maple syrup onto it. I suggest using the real, not fake, syrup. Then you put a few lemons and some star anise seeds. Then you wrap the foil completely around it, put it on a baking sheet, and stick it in the oven! Depending on how much flavor you want in the salmon, you can put more or less syrup, but it helps if it's completely covered.

As someone who frequents the West Coast every now and again, when I found this recipe (not my creation), I was incredibly excited. Today was my last day home, and my mother went ahead and made a bunch of these as a going away meal. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious.
