It's ok for the dad and his daughter to be above the same rules that the mother and her son have to follow.

It's ok, because double-standards are OK. They are JUST FINE. Chris and I can live under dirty rocks, because it's nice and comfortable and warm there.

Nothing but good news, I have one hell of a vindictive side, especially when it comes to my child. Might as well take down a demi-goddess while you're at it. Would be less painful for YOU.

I was offering a hug to you, and then ducking out of the way. You sounded like you had good cause there to rant, and I wanted to be supportive, but out of the line of fire.

As for you, Anderj, take some Advil. I know that feeling so well. I went with the scouts a couple years back to the U.S.S. Lexington, a retired aircraft carrier near Corpus Christi, on the Texas coast. I climbed up and down so many narrow ladders that I was in agonizing pain and almost didn't tour some of the boat. Advil helped. Any good ibuprofen pill, or naproxen sodium if you prefer. Just take it, and rest that knee.

Alcohol may make you feel okay for a little while, but you know it's a bad idea. So, yeah, drink up!

I think I pissed it off while lifting some heavy stuff at work. I tend to get impatient and move shit myself when I should ask for help. ...usually this falls at a time when everyone is out of the office or in some bullshit meetings. Anyway, I popped an Oxy a bit ago and chased it with a couple double-shots of Kentucky straight bourbon.

When we were kids this theater group would come around and do a play about "cow patty tamales" and it was funny, but somehow I don't think cat poop tacos would have gone over well.
