I use it on both sides of the desk and had just shoved it over from the other side without positioning it where I'd actually use it:

It's a secondary keyboard (the ergonomics are nice, but the wireless connection isn't super reliable for fast typing or gaming). Pretty much the only keys I use on it in that position are Ctrl, Shift, Enter, the Home/Delete block and the arrow keys. Media controls and zoom come in handy sometimes, too. It's weird, but it lets me vary my posture and movements a bit more when I'm working on the PC all day.

It's a pretty sweet location--tucked away and quiet, but two blocks from a major street and tons of stuff within walking/cycling distance.

I have several friends who own houseboats. My good friend Marsha recently got one and I got to hang out with her on it for the first time yesterday. Also yesterday our kayaking group had a meeting on the houseboat of another friend where we were planning a trip in June to go out on the lake on a houseboat of yet another friend. I wish I had a houseboat, but I guess the next best thing is to have friends with houseboats.

I agree. One friend usually goes uplake for about 6 weeks at a time (Lake Powell is big). And they all usually spend weekends (or more) on their boats in the marina. Marsha's houseboat has 4 bedrooms.

Not done yet, I still gotta draw the mouth, shade more on his interior face, add details around/on the eyes and a few other things too but whatevs this is what i have so far. (though in real life you can see a lot more shading/general details my phone didn't pick up >_>)

Went to a talk by my favourite author, Iain Banks. Only about 30 people there so it was really intimate and I got to ask him loads of questions and get a personalised signing

Bike trip! Cut southwest through neighborhoods and came back up through the forested park along the river. Not pictured, I accidentally wandered into an Irish street festival a couple blocks short of the park. This place isn't quite as deep and wild as where O rides, but it's sprawling and foresty and rather nice, and less than 2 miles away.

Almost like a studio apartment? I used to love having the kitchen in the same room I lounged in... so much food almost within reaching distance. ^_^
