      Hey

Some times my YouTube app don't work. Right now it won't open so I cannot post this YouTube titled

"Tripledige Claude - Digeridoo mit drei"

If you click on the YouTube called

"Are You Washed In the Blood/I'll Fly Away"

In my post #330 of this thread:

      http://www.dreamviews.com/inner-sanc...ml#post1998693

      And open it in "Internet"

You will see, under that YouTube first "What a friend..."

And 2nd is an amazing YouTube of a three barrels digeridoo beinging played.

This wasn't there earlier. It just pope up in the last couple of hours. It is odd cos it doesn't fit the list.

Just bought it all today - decided it's time to have a home bar. Lol I already had a Tequila Sunrise and an Irish Coffee..

Here's looking back at the days when 'mixed drinks' meant a 2 liter of Coke and a fifth of Jack Daniels in those huge plastic Taco Bell cups driving around town all night...

I'm getting The Ultimate Bartender's Bible (or whatever it's called) to sit on the top shelf so I can learn my mixology.

Crap now I'm gonna go all Dianeva and make late-night nonsensical drunken posts..

      Sync sync sync.
YouTube remembers other videos you've looked at recently and shows you similar ones even on different visits. Not sync so much as personalized algorithmic selection.

      Oh

That explains it. After I posed that I noticed didgereedo popping up on every list under every YouTube I watched.

      Thanks Darkmatters.

That's them. Columbus, OH has one of the bigger juried arts fairs in the country, and they had a booth there one year when I was living down there. The agave ones were the cheapest non-tiny didges, and yes are kind of cool in concept being from this continent and all, but they're not 'real' didges insofar as they weren't hollowed by ants, but by a hippie with a sharp stick. The sound is more reedy than most didges and it takes quite a bit of warming up, but once you get there it can produce a decent tone.

My word for those days is "the present". Except for the driving around part (What's wrong with you?) Happy mixing Dark.

Hey bikers I just stumbled upon some trails today in the town I live in that I never knew were there. Black diamonds, yeah. I just walked 'em today but get my bike on them soon enough.

Lol, you just made it soooo easy for me. I imagined in my head this inflection: "Well MY didgeridoo is authentic," as if you were a huge snob. Then the thought of a didgeridoo snob cracked me up. Also, I've been keeping my mouth shut about this whole didgeridoo thing for far too long XD

I like your new term didgeri-douche

The agave didge is actually anti-authentic, insofar as it's not from Australia and was hollowed out by humans rather than ants, and was produced by a white guy with unkempt hair. I'm recently coming to a new appreciation of the ease of cultural appropriation when you're 'default race.' Still, no PVC trees were murdered.

Mmmmmmm... well what does that make me then? I have a cheap-ass PVC didge that I can't even play. Guess I'm a didgeridufus.

^ And hey, at least the unkempt hair part is authentic.. sort of.

Authenticity is by definition inartful. in the moment authenticity is pursued, it is lost.

Supposedly, my didgeridoo is eucalyptus wood from Australia. Supposedly.
But I could care less. It works, sounds good, and was cheap. I'd rather have a non-authentic electric didge, anyway.

Back when I was living with my parents and working full time (in other words, I was making good money and had no bills), I ended up buying a MIDI keyboard, vocal processor, and a LD microphone. I recorded the live didge sound and ran it through the vocal processor, which I was able to control with the keyboard. It was kinda cool and sort of worked, but I never got really into it and it ended up being a large waste of money. I eventually sold that gear and ended up almost breaking even, so at least there's that!

My friend from high school got married on Thursday. She asked me to make the dresses.. a week and a bit before the wedding day.
I was still sewing the dresses in the bathroom minutes before the ceremony.

      But I got them done

This is from the second ceremony on Friday, I lifted the sides up for a slightly different look.
I sewed the bride's dress up after the second ceremony as well, so she could get her groove on.

And this is the wedding party and some random guests with the band that they had play after their second ceremony, Die Mannequin.
The bride looks like a rock star holding the mic
