Drinking or smoking, which do you prefer?

I definitely prefer smoking to drinking. But I do think that drinking has it's time and place..

Smoking does not refer to tobacco. Just sayin.

Oh and don't fucking bother posting if you have never smoked and you feel the need to mention that.

Drink. I used to smoke tobacco a small bit, but to hell with that. And I never got anything when I smoke weed :/ maybe I need to do it more, I dunno.

I'm trying to stop drinking so much. Smoking pot isn't as bad for you as drinking, so when i party now, I try to do that.

Drinking. Smoke into the lung is just not good for the lung. Killed my sis very young. Just saying. You ever see someones with emphysema? A very bad place to go. I smoked, but not any more. Bad place to be. I don't like being in bad places. I wouldn't like seeing what happened to sis happen to you, Seroquel.

Interesting question. They're both good for different things. Pot I find to be more of an introverted experience, so I prefer it when I'm in that mode; it's good for specific things, particularly stuff that's more immersive, in terms of the senses (i.e. Inception in IMAX

). Drinking is very fun though, and believe it or not I've found that it can have an introverted aspect to it as well. Often times, when I'm around large crowds of people...I don't really feel uncomfortable, but sort of detached, like I'm not totally into what's going on. I do mentally circumvent that in certain situations, but with alcohol I can't get enough of people. I just really want to be where the people are, and that's a cool feeling when I can fulfill it. So yeah, I guess I do like alcohol. It's just got to be the right amount - and lots and lots of people cross that line. Same goes for pot though, I guess.

For my particular mind, pot can be a little much mentally sometimes, and it's pretty annoying because most people don't get that (not experiencing it themselves).

I smoke tobacco. I like it sometimes, mostly I want to quit.
I like Cannabis sometimes too, but the stuff I get is sometimes good and mostly shite, coz Australia.
Drinking is okay. Depends what it is and how much. And my mood.

I just chose both.

I drink whenever I has no pots. Otherwise smoking > drinking 90% of the time. Drinking is good for parties though.

Smoking (marijuana, not tobacco). I think drinking's a disgusting thing to do but that's mainly because of personal aversions to alcohol.

As I understand it, DMT is not really a social experience, though. So... they're somewhat strange to compare.

Tobacco FTW. But I smoke WAYYY too much.

Pot made me feel "car sick" the 3 times or so I've tried it throughout my life.
Drinking is too much of a bother seeing how just the smell of most liquor =

lol I do love "stealthy" drinks though- the stuff mixed with juice or icecream. I could drink til I passed out because the smell doesn't turn me away.

Both at once, getting drunk and then smoking. Very peculiar feeling.

But really, it just depends on my mood. It's the difference between going out to a club vs. gazing at the stars.

Oh, I figured this poll would be a "one or the other" kind of deal. I pick neither, though I've never done either enough to consider myself a smoker or a drinker. Drank a couple times with friends, drunkenness isn't nearly as fun as it might sound like afterward. I'd rather have a tasteful amount of some good-tasting wine with a pleasant young lady in my company, over dinner or something.

As for smoking, I used to socially smoke, but stopped as soon as I noticed I was coughing a lot whenever I'd lie down at night. Good thing that went away, sure was a bother.
