Oh and Carrot has update too. Not for the no fap challenge but the challenge for one of my OCD urges I was attempting to get rid off along with you people. I lost count of the days but I think it's been a few days, not more than a week. But it's good. Reckon I can keep it for a month and forever??!!

I'm in the middle of day 6 now. Totally awesome As for how to get rid of boners: just focus hard on how there is no woman around that you're going to have sex with any soon, and your boner therefore only gets in the way. Focussing on that always makes it go away for me.
This challenge personally made me less sensitive and more 'cool'. That will probably happen to you too, after this period of sensitivity

For no particular reason, I have not fapped in 3 days and the dreams are getting really sexy!

I've had friends over or went out every day this week so far, so I haven't had much "private" time. I don't notice any effects or changes, other than I'm horny as hell today. *opens Yahoo calendar and schedules some private time for this evening.

Going 3-5 days is not unusual for me. As I near the 5-day mark, my body lets me know that it's time to do the dirty deed. It mostly depends on how busy / stressed I am. I'm not into pr0n at all; I actually find it quite boring.

I switched to all organic hand-rolling tobacco a couple years back and that has significantly reduced my smoking. I only smoke 2-3 a day so it's not hard to skip a few days, especially if I'm not feeling well. Another big help is that I don't smoke in my house. I am grossed out by other people's houses that smell like a giant ash tray.

Yesterday I was so horny, but then thought : "I will not fail because of this moment of hornyness" haha

Day 10? Still not easier - Went to town. 27C, and females wearing next to nothing because it's so unusual for hot, dry weather here. Their movements appear to be in even slower motion now. lol - I swear I was in a trance with one girl. Feels like I'm 15yrs old again.

Well aren't you lucky. I usually go a few days too, but when I'm focused on it it becomes harder. X) Like going for a whole day without eating because I'm distracted, but then when I actually try to fast I get headaches a few hours after missing a meal....

And I actually don't smoke anymore, I was just making a comparison. I never really had it as a habit so I didn't go through all the normal withdrawals, but I was taking it way too far. I had a log of Nicotiana rustica - we called it "the super tobacco". It has 3 to 9 times the nicotine content of regular rolling tobacco. One day I just smoked huge bowls one right after another in a tiny hookah all day long.... I ended up going to the hospital because I felt like I was overdosing, all of my limbs were becoming sort of paralyzed. Ick. >.<
