I havent seen the video and i never want to, but i hear its about these 3 men in ukraine (1 was the camera guy (and it somehow got leaked on the internet)) hammered a man to death and then put a screw driver in his stomach. Its very sad, as the man died after his 44th birthday (i believe.) Luckily 2 of the men got a life sentence for more murders that they have done, some are leaked but im focusing on these 3 men's legacy. Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs they were called. Anyone seen this video ive seen pictures of there other stuff.

I've seen it a few times. It's pretty bad. It isn't the worst video out there though. They actually had a total of 21 videos of murders, but just this one got out. Like I've mentioned in a few other threads, I'm a complete gore hound and can't get enough... so it's sad to know it's out there but I can't see it. There's still plenty on the internet though, and there's more new stuff everyday! Wonders of the internet! But yeah, even if you've seen this video, you haven't seen the worst. But then again, some things are worse for certain people than others. There are: Beheadings Executiongs (gun/fire/beating/garotte) Car accidents Attacks Animal abuse/maiming/torture/killing 'Sexual' agression and violence Those are only a few examples... and some are worse for some than others. I haev a friend that I've showed beheading and stuff to, but the second I even mentioned one about an animal he was out. It's all how you take it I guess. BTW, if there are any questions about any gory videos/pictures/stories etc I'm your man. I know tons about the human body, trauma, psychology... all that. I'd be happy to indulge your morbid curiosities.

I once followed a link to a video of an execution involving slowly sawing a guy's head off...I didn't watch all the way through, or rather, couldn't watch all the way through. I've also seen a video of a woman using her stiletto heal to stab and grind a puppy. It absolutely horrified me. People are sick... Oddly enough, there's a video of a guy on top of a train touching an electrical wire and getting zapped to death that wasn't the most fun to watch, obviously, but didn't bother me a whole lot...I wouldn't follow a link to it again, though.

We're all supposed to be adults (or at least adolescents) on this forum, and we can all read so it's not like you won't know what you're clicking on, so what harm is there? Anyone would be doing it off their free will... if you don't like don't click! See what I mean? I wouldn't be forcing it on people... and I'd explain fully the seriousness of the content of the link. It's not like someone who wanted to see it couldn't just go to google and look it up, so you're not really preventing anyone from looking at anything... it's kind of childish (IMO) unless there is a legit reason for it. edit: and there is no more 'risk' involved then linking to any other site... so it's kinda silly.

I understand Mindwanderer, but there's no one clear answer. A part of it is a public image thing. In order to keep the site "family friendly" we have to draw the line at some point. Tolerance of any linking to shock sites or adult themes are on the other side of that line being that socially they don't carry the most positive image.. I'm not saying it's fair or unfair (as drawing lines for freedom of speech can always be debated), but that as a site that attempts to cater to multiple tastes, it's best in the meantime to maintain that middle ground that everyone can at least find some comfort in.

Hey! A fellow Canadian! Anyways... I couldn't tell you. It doesn't bother me, and besides, the events happening in the videos have already happened... and I know they have happened and are still happening all the time. So watching them happen isn't much different. I'm already aware that people are killing themselves, eacg other, and being killed in accidents... so I don't see the big problem in watching them... not like it's hurting anyone... the videos are there whether they're being watched or not, and the 'events' have happened whether they're being filmed or watched. So to not watch them simply for the sake of 'not wanting to know' is, in principle, ignorant IMO. The events depicted have already happened, and watching them akes no difference to anyone. But to answer your question... they just don't bother me... on some level I guess I enjoy them, seeing as I keep watching them.

To be honest, I've seen rape, shooting, stabbing, beat to death, people hanging from trees after suicide, a drowning, and even a live burning. The videos have much more effect than in person. In person I can just walk away. The videos get me good.

The thing that bothers me the most about people watching videos like that is that it sorta makes me think that they are crazy people who watch them to calm their bloodlust. Prolly not, though.
