Ok

So I have just taken 2 mg of melatonin and 100mg of l-theanine ,going to bed after this post ,will be waking after 5hours and taking 4mg of galantamine and 200 mg of choline , then doing 20 minutes of relaxation meditation then going back to sleep.
Was going to start with 8mg but thought it would be best to start with the lower dose just to see how my body reacts to it.
Will post my results in the morning .
