I recently tried some isochronic tones that were 5 Hertz (Hz) And i had them play for one hour. I only used thirteen minutes, because that's just the way i am. I fell asleep shortly after i put away my headphones. The dream? Holy shit was it ever vivid. Lasted quite a while too.
Binaural beats had never done anything like that for me. The dream might not have been vivid, but it was still great. I think isochronics have huge lucid dreaming potential. Look here: Isochronic Tones | The Most Effective Method of Brainwave Entrainment

Also, When you use isochronic tones, (Or even monaural or binaural beats) Make sure you are using HEADPHONES. NOT EARBUDS.
Earbuds are way less affective. You would think that they are better, but no. Reason being, they take away the "Pulse" that you need for the isochronics (or the other ones) to be effective. Although the bigger headphones may be harder to sleep with, it is very rewarding. I'm not saying binaurals are useless, They just waste more time. And you don't even need headphones for isochronics. It's just very recommended.
Unlike Binaurals, Isochronics increase in effectiveness when you listen to them in a constant basis. Of course, that is after a good six minutes has started you off. If you are going to use isochronics, or anything, make sure it is Theta (Anywhere from 4 to 8 Hz).

I hope this helps you guys. I know it has helped me.
