Galantamine and choline (taken together) seems to be a great combo. |

I'm just going to make this a basic question. what supplement is best for lucid dreaming? 5-htp? B6? Tryptophan supplements? Serotonin supplements? |

Galantamine and choline (taken together) seems to be a great combo. |
|
Do these encourage vividness or actually the act of becoming lucid? |
|
For best results, one should be practicing all the traditional mental exercises for lucidity: raised awareness, memory work, RCs throughout the day, MILD and/or WILD, and so on. The claim from people who take the supplements is that it's a lot easier to make it into WILDs. Without lucidity, the supplements apparently do result in increased vividness. |
