Question If i wanted to take a supplement for lucid dreaming, What would it be?

I'm just going to make this a basic question. what supplement is best for lucid dreaming? 5-htp? B6? Tryptophan supplements? Serotonin supplements?

Galantamine and choline (taken together) seems to be a great combo.
You can find many lucid dreaming supplements that are based on this, as well as many positive reviews both on the internet and on this forum.

Do these encourage vividness or actually the act of becoming lucid?

For best results, one should be practicing all the traditional mental exercises for lucidity: raised awareness, memory work, RCs throughout the day, MILD and/or WILD, and so on. The claim from people who take the supplements is that it's a lot easier to make it into WILDs. Without lucidity, the supplements apparently do result in increased vividness.
