      Cool Heavy computer users...check this out.

      Today I realized how much time a day is spent on the computer. For me, it's probably 4 hours at least. So I thought it might be a good idea to use the situation to my advantage. Here is a quick wallpaper I made to remind me to be aware and do a reality check. It may help, don't know yet! Thought I'd share.

      It's a very good idea. Believe me guys, I have been doing this for a while now. It pulled me put of my dry spell, and I became lucid by looking at that wallpaper on my mobile (though it SHOULD have been on my desktop) quite a few times. But that eye creeps me out. I like the red theme, but the eye is just.......creepy. Try to make a picture that's more pleasant to look at. Oh wait, why don't you guys just take a fancy picture and edit it with Paint? It's pretty simple to add text to an image.

      You need to change your display settings. Right click on the desktop and go to "Personalize" if you're using Windows Vista.

      Actually, I think the creepiness of it adds to the effectiveness. If you just have something ignorable for the background image, it probably won't stick out in your mind enough to do much good. But something like the eye, well...that's gonna stick in my mind for sure!

      Thanks for this idea! I have the mountains as my desktop now. I try to look at it once every couple of minutes to try to put it in my mind. I'll let you know if it helps any. At this point, I'll try anything.

      Just got back on here after a little break. Glad to see most of you seem to enjoy and find it useful! I know, I made the wallpaper with the intention of attracting attention. (The eye and red colors.) I don't find it creepy at all, just engaging. But it's the idea that counts. Happy dreaming!

      Anyone got a quite dark coloured wallpaper pic like this? Blacks, greys and white? It would fit the rest of my themes on my pc/ipod i would take one myself, but im awful at photography lol a nice one to do would be a lit candle on a pitch black background, always liked stuff like that, eerie yet beautiful any, il stop rambling, thanks in advance
