      It doesn't seem slow. Pages load fine. I play MMOs and they work fine with a decent ping.

      5 mb/s is average, my connection is beast, Dianeva's is monster, and yours would be considered dial-up.

      And yes, that much going on at once could be the cause. It's best to test with no other programs going.
