Try to get creative... perhaps try the opposite, don't allow yourself anything to drink/eat, so that when you wake up you have to get out of bed because you are so hungry/thirsty. Think of something that you enjoy/crave/want/desire that will literally "force" you to have to get out of bed, but that you are doing in because you truly want to.
My first WBTB, I woke up and expected to go right back to sleep, but I couldn't. I never actually "got out" of bed, but grabbed my laptop and watched a show for 2 hours, got sleepy, turned it off and had an LD.
But like I said, if you need to get out of the bed and move around and you have difficulty (not all the simple techniques work for everyone) then get creative, try some reverse ideas on yourself.
