I followed all the instructions the WILD video instructed. I laid on my back, relaxing all the muscles in my body. I took deep, slow breaths, I imagined the the vivid dream I had a few days ago, saying mentally I was going to lucid dream. Later on my whole body was numb, riddled with vibration. I did as the video instructed and concentrated on my eyelid(my eyes were closed). Dark blue and green started swirling. The darkness started to move as thought it was water but nothing else. I repeatedly kept thinking I was going to lucid dream but after 10 minutes nothing happened. I'm wondering why didn't I lucid dream? Also was the colours I saw close to dreaming? Is it because I attempted it to late? I was going to bed at 6 am btw. Or should I have waited longer? Any suggestion/advice is really appreciated.
