      my leg moves involuntary while relaxing for a WILD !!

      hello,

      I got involuntary moves, usually one of my legs during wild relaxation


      anyone experienced the same thing ?

      Do you mean that it starts to twitch or do are you saying that it actually jerks? I've had both occur numerous times. There's not much you can do about it except allow it to happen.

      yea same thing usually happens to my legs as well. Once even, I was at the verge of transition and i felt the vibrations, and my leg started moving involuntarily and I was like "NOOO" but I ended up still entering a lucid dream so who knows, maybe it won't effect it as bad as you think.
