      Lightbulb [Theory] Sleep-paralysis induction

      So I had my first SP the other day.
      I woke up at 5AM and did this cycle:

      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;
      Wake up, roll over, look at clock, roll back, fall asleep;

      Each time, I woke up 3-7 minutes later, until it was 5:30AM, and SP introduced itself suddenly and unexpectedly, while I was rolling back into position. Yes, while I was moving.

      My theory is, that you could be able to confuse your body by falling asleep and waking up a bunch of times in a row.

      Lol your body just eventually goes "goddamnit stop moving *PARALYSIS*". But yeah I've read an idea similar to that before actually, like that every time you move or roll over, the 'timer' until you hit SP resets, but it's a bit shorter each time. Seems worth a shot if you can keep waking up like that.

      I'd imagine that would be pretty surprising, SP while moving. I always seem to try for hours laying on my back until I finally decide to just roll over and when I do, SP comes on much quicker, there may be something to this.

      Anyone try this?

      Also, if I were to use snooze, how would I know how many times I would get it in? Otherwise, I'll be in a lucid dream and all of a sudden my snooze goes off again.

      Can't tell. When it happened to me, I woke up naturally each time.
