      Some WILD questions.

Yesterday was my first time attempting to WILD:

Ok so I got in bed and set my alarm to wake me up 5hours later. I tried WILD before bed and it didn't work which is expected. So I woke up at 4:45AM and I tried to WILD. What was weird was that I was going to fall to sleep and my whole body was vibrating and my hearing was muffled and I felt a tickling pain in my booty. Before my hearing was muffled though, there was a intense shriek in my ear What is that ?

Then everytime I tried counting from 1 because I switched to a different position It felt like I was getting pulled off.

Eventually I just went to sleep because of no success and tried again at 9:20AM. Why is it that I always think about swallowing so I am forced to swallow?

Lastly, I'm assuming that SP is the feeling that I get that starts in my legs and arms and feels like .. weird , why is it that it never travels to my stomach/chest/head ?

      Thanks

EDIT 1: I read a guide that said when you see your dream scene get up. Does that mean I should try move my real-life body ? Or will it be my dream-body I'm moving when I try get up?

its actually supposed to real time. your actually in your energy body (as i like to call it) and moving about freely. Everything is real. no dreams. no "where's my water- oh there it is" bs.

Astral Projection is a type of Out-of-Body experience, it's not officially recognized as something true but that doesn't keep a lot of people from experiencing it. Haven't had any experience with it myself though. The forum automatically adds links to some things like Astral Projection. Try clicking it for a bit more info.
As said already the signs you were showing are pretty good, especially for your first time, you should kep up trying it.
As for the swallowing, you'll have to learn not to think about it, that might be a fairly hard task sometimes but it's possible. If you randomly think about it, try to discard the thought.

I have the same when I try to WILD my limbs get numb and it becomes a tiny bit harder to move them but not impossible. As far as I know it's the first sign of SP, you'll have to be able to endure it a bit longer from that point on and relax enough to fully fall into SP, that might be harder to do than just getting to this numbness though. Not that I have been able to do it myself yet.

Moved this to the WILD subforum.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
