I have seen WILD techniques, Visualization AP techniques, and even a Shamanic Soul Travel technique, and they are basically the same. Some time ago, before I even knew about the above techniques, I came up with my own method of "traveling" (I wasnt sure if it was soul travel, or just imagination). I would always begin in a garden that I imagined, this was my starting place. I could then walk down a path to a forest, castle, mountain and a village. Once, while walking, I entered the vibrational phase, but I sat up because I was surprised. That was a year or two ago. After a few months, I slacked in my effort and stopped "traveling". Now I want to start again. My starting place is a beach on a isolated island, at night with a full moon giving light. I always do this before bed, and it works quite well for me. I can usually enter the vibrational phase, but ive never gone past that. When I do this, am I LDing, or APing? If I do this often, will it become easier, and more "real"? And one more question, are WILD LDs and APs remembered more easily than other dreams, since there is no lapse (usually) in awareness from waking to sleeping? Thanks! |
