I would say check out both those guides. They both have a lot of great tips.

One of the biggest things is that you shouldn't try it upon initial sleep. Least ways not your first few times. It is easier to get in the right mindset and actually fall asleep. Like Cmind said "its about what your mind is doing while it is falling asleep." Good luck, after reading those you will be very equiped to WILD, all you will lack is experience. Good luck.
