Yeah I often focus on the feeling too and end up losing it. It's a shame, you feel these amazing sensations and you can't focus on them!

Probably the easiest thing to do is focus on your breath. It's simple and always there. Try to ward off thoughts about what will happen next or about what is happening during the WILD, as you'll end up having to restart.

Half an hour isn't that long, but I suggest you do a WBTB during the night and try to attempt WILD. I've been trying for the last couple of nights. usually quickly writing in my DJ or just being too lazy to and going right back to sleep, and paralysis came in a matter of seconds of relaxing!
