If you're lying on your back, difficulty breathing is a common symptom of sleep paralysis. Although I'm not sure whether the breathing difficulties are real or just another hallucination of SP, you can solve this by sleeping on your side or stomach. |

hey all, i used to think wild was my best chance for having a lucid dream when i first started trying to have them. i got close to having them but never really did. the last time i tried having a wild by just laying there, my heart starts to race, and start to feel like i can't breath, and i need to breath faster and faster, especially when i first feel the effects of the wild. Any one know how this could be overcome? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
