Thanks! These were my first honest-to-goodness DEILDs and what a roller-coaster ride they were! I do journal just about every day, but more importantly, I *try hard* for recall every single night, and on those wakings where I don't record I try to maintain a growing list of key words and images for each dream in order to remember them in the morning. I can spend 20 minutes easily probing my memories on each waking for recall. If nothing comes I ask myself (sometimes out loud) "what was I just dreaming about?". And I set intention at bedtime to remember dreams. Maybe most importantly of all, it is deeply important to me to remember dreams, and I love them all: lucid and nonlucid (frankly the nonlucid are more entertaining, but lack the mind-blowing element of the lucids) |
