      Lucid Vividness

I'm just wanting to see how others are, and see how we all kind of differ.

How vivid are your usual DILD's? DEILD's? Your most vivid?

Same thing for WILD's? How vivid are they usually? When you wake up in your bed, how "real" does it feel? Most vivid?

Other methods? How did it feel? How long does it feel like it lasted?

Oh, and if anyone can give links or suggestions to a Forum or Thread about increasing vividness and control that would be fantastic, haha.
      Goals: For now, exploration!.

My dilds aren't normally super vivid, but my wilds are A-Mazing!

Well normally my DILD's are fairly amazing, I recall them very well and there vividness is next to amazing.
But ever since I started taking B6 supplement I have been honestly have the best time of my life . It really is a lucid miracle pill.

My WILDs were pretty vivid, i think longest was 10-15 minutes, and they felt pretty real considering all of them started as FA's.
Had only one DILD so far, was pretty vivid as well, though not as vivid as WILDs i think.

Really? I've been hoping for an FA, as I've never experienced it. It's great they're vivid.

Does B6 work that well? ^^ I used to take it for weight-training before I got into dreaming, and noticed I remembered my dreams a bit more. I've seen this around the forums a but too. Thanks, I'll look into this.

For me, the most realistic Lucid dreams are WILD's which lead directly into a false awakening. It feels EXACTLY like reality to the point where I think I failed the WIlD. All of my other lucid dreams are hazy and overall dissatisfying

My FAs are normally not very vivid. Nothing is really that vivid till I stabilize.

Usually my dreams are as real as real life is, but always seem a bit hazy or fuzzy. The most vivid dream I've ever had was when (I'm assuming a DC) helped me get lucid by placing their hand on my back. That felt so real and clear, that was quite a few months ago and I still remember everything about that dream to this day. It was awesome

My DILDs feel extremely vivid, and my WILDs feel exactly like real life. The trick is to focus immensely on your surroundings and senses all of the dream
