Was I close to sleep paralysis?

So last night I tried WILD and was lying still for about 30 minutes and eventually most of my body became very heavy and stiff. My legs, arms, stomach and chest had tingling sensations and felt numb afterwards, and my head started to feel stiff and heavy. I was breathing shallowly and I had a strong urge to swallow and I felt like I was levitating, as though my bed was rising.
I tried to get out and found that I could still move but it took more effort. My mouth felt tight and locked up and I had to stretch it took a few deep breaths to bring it back to normal. I guess I didn't totally paralyse because I kept involuntarily opening my eyes.
Was this the beginning of sleep paralysis?

Maybe. I don't get sleep paralysis (much).
