Thread: Draw Your Dreams

I dreamt about this lake, the sun shined through the clouds.

I had this horrible nightmare when I was something like 10. In that dream I had a lolly but I dropped it.. and my dog tried to eat it. I grabbed the dog's nose and then the horrible happend; all the skin of that dog just teared off.....

Another nightmare of mine...
I was in the forest with my mom and two brothers. Suddenly some dogs appeared and started attacking us. I saw how one dog bites my mums hand, and I hear a snap from her hand when her bone brakes....

I've been here long enough to tell you that you're in good company. Everyone generally thinks their most insane dreams are the weirdest, craziest, most-horrifying, etc. dreams in existence. Thinking that way only works to make you insecure about sharing them. The truth of the matter is that there are countless people whose dreams are just as disturbing as yours (or mine, or anyone's), so there is really no reason not to share.

Just a thumbnail of a dream I had recently. There were a lot of ways I was imagining doing the thumbnails, but I guess I had to do something at some point. Hopefully the end result will look better than this, if I ever want to put this in 3d, hahaha.

I've had a tulpa for a few years now, Her name is Miki, though she's become more of a dream guide at this point. This is a recent drawing I did of her, She shows up in many of my dreams now days. They are mostly non-lucid

I made a closeup version that I use for everything I possibly can. Cover photo on facebook, profile pictures (most of the time unless I use it for my signature instead)

I can't draw worth crap, but I had a dream with a Portal-like room, so I decided to recreate it as close as I could in Portal 2's map-maker.

I had a dream where constellations were walking down from the sky. There was also a red horse running across the sky. (Don't mind my weirdly drawn constellations. xD)


In this short dream there was an African mother sitting on a tree with her child. This dream had a beautiful, loving atmosphere. I felt the mother's love.

It's a photo of my visual art diary for art class at my school. I was tinkering with dreams in my art for a bit but I never quite had enough time to make something bigger.

It's a real shame I didn't paint anything from my dreams for my art class. I had such a great idea of painting something from here:

I walk through the door to find myself in a hot dry desert with a red sky (probably what Mars is like) but there appear to be a large group of (what looks like) 19th Century Egyptologists chatting together. I get ready to flood the desert by trying to materialise some sort of a switch but as I do, there is some sort of an amazing blast from either a volcano (though I saw none before) or and nuclear bomb right in front of us and the earth itself appeared to be shaking. The heat and bright light is extremely vivid. I run out.

I was planning to explore the source of the explosion and paint it but I thought it might take too long but I have begun sketching of my dreams which is quite good as it makes for a better diary than my written dream journal.

I was fighting this giant sentient robot in open space, while asteroids were flying everywhere, planets being born in red flashes of light.. It was quite rocky.

I made a tulpa back in 2012 and every once in a while I'll have a dream that involves her past and where she comes from. A month or two ago I had a dream that kinda broke the ice with where her hometown, or planet rather . . I still have no idea what the names of the places are. But I felt the mood and scenery of the place fairly strong and tried to illustrate that with this piece. There was a lot of white type marble architecture and clean crisp outfits, it was medieval/fantasy type with magic too. I was fighting some kind of royal guards with her in the dream. I'd say this drawing captures about 80% of what I wanted to portray so I'm pretty happy with it
