Clarification: If quantum mechanics does not demonstrate an exponential sensitivity to initial conditions, how can exponential sensitivity to initial conditions arise in classical chaos, which must be the correspondence principle limit of quantum mechanics?
So the said Quantum mechanic does not demonstrate sensitivity? He learned that from his old man who was a marine. The classic chaos is just worn thin by people selling him short, true he is not even a machanic, but who wants greesy fingers all the time when you suffer from exponential sensitivity to intial conditions. Those inital conditions were likely an over pertective mother, who would not let him become a mechanic.

But we are talking about the realation between the two.You see classic chaos was raised by his single mom who had been dumped by a marine deisel machanic. The deisel mechanic got a young phyics teacher pregnent and they had quantum, who ended up also becoming a mechanic. That makes it clear :What is the relationship between quantum mechanics and classical chaos? A: They are half brothers on the fraternal side.

Does God have the power to make suffering unnecessary without there being a problem with doing so?

      Wiki Quote on Chaos Theory:
"It can be difficult to tell from data whether a physical or other observed process is random or chaotic, because in practice no time series consists of pure 'signal.' There will always be some form of corrupting noise, even if it is present as round-off or truncation error. Thus any real time series, even if mostly deterministic, will contain some randomness."

In my estimation, Quantum Mechanics is interpreting the behavior of "chaotic" systems on a subatomic scale. Reducing the the quantum scale fleshes out the boundaries between deterministic systems...among other things..

yes...create a being more powerful than any other you have created...Then take everything that is bad about you and put it into him...Then send him to the same place you have created your favorite beings...humans...Remember to name him Lucifer, which being interpreted means light bringer...Make him more beautiful, and awe inspiring then anything else...

Then, when his "badness" begins to poison his "favored creation", blame it on him...the devil...

Suffering is not necessary anymore than eating is necessary. Its just a part of life.

The impossiblity of nonexistence, because nonexistence by definition doesn't exist, doesn't have to have a cause. Yeah I used to fret about this, too. Then I realised what was going on. Turns out it was also pretty much sorted out by Hume, 250 years ago. Bring it up in the philosophy board if you'd like, though I'm pretty sure I made a long post on it before and I'll probably just find that and copy it.

Aha! Then suffering is unnecessary but he wants to play crazy games with it. Others claim that it is necessary for God to allow suffering to exist. The idea seems to be that God is infinitely powerful yet must follow certain rules of reality he created so humans can have free will, as if we actually do, because free will is so much more important than not burning forever, though burning forever involves not having free will. I think I get it! :yumdumdoodledum:

All right. I started a thread on it a long time ago in Philosophy. I am not sure if I should necro it or start a new one. Maybe somebody else has started a thread on it in recent times.

God is in huge trouble for not believeing in Supergod. He claims that there is honestly not enough evidence. I'm afraid that just doesn't cut it. There is nothing more evil than being confused and unconvinced.

There is no such thing as soul mates...You have to give up on ideas of perfection and accept who you are. When you accept yourself, you will find the perfect person. This is why you have already found them. Everyone's soul mate is themselves, they just project that image onto another. Forget about finding them, just live your life and it will happen in good time.
