I sometimes feel tickling between my eyes/eyebrows, normally when I focus on the darkness in front of my eyes. I think in my case it's because I don't relax my eyes well enough,
but I think I heard it can also start tickling when you focus on a certain body part while you're meditating
so I believe it's either (too) much focus on your eyes or it's because we don't relax them well enough
Alright that's interesting stuff! I usually just focus on my breathing and the overall feeling in my body. So when it comes to the visual, Im very aware of that in the beginning of my meditation. But after a short time, going in to my breathing and then sometimes "wake up" within my meditation and just feeling totally relaxed with almost no feeling of my body (unless I try to move it). So it is after all this stages that I have start to feeling that tickling sensation lately.
