Thread: Easy way to remember to reality check

Have you had any success with this? My problem with using reminders like this is that it only works if you look at your phone in a dream.

Well now I am remembering to RC way more often, and I started this a week ago. My only problem is that I have school, so when I wake from an alarm I remember one to zero dreams. Even if I do, I have little time to write it down.

What an awesome way to remind yourself to do a Reality Check. I kind of disguise it so my friends won't think i'm crazy , lol. I put an image of an RC Cola can and at the bottom of the image it says "RealityCheck®"

That's a good idea. It's kind of like drawing a mark on your hand to remember to do an RC, but a little more convenient.

ultimatedood, I have school too and i get 4-5 dreams per night. I wake up to alarm too but i just clear my mind and try to recall, works every time. I only write down some notes and when i come home i write them down.
