      Easy way to remember to reality check

      My method is similar to this method, but not by having your phone vibrate.
      ----------

      Change the phone banner to "Reality Check", so that when you open your phone you are reminded.

      On my verizon/samsung phone, to change it you open the menu and go to settings, then Display Settings, then Banner, then Personal Banner.
